Where is the Beach Club? The Long Point Beach Club is in Long Point, Ontario, Canada, which is within the boundaries of one of 16 Unesco World Biosphere Reserves in Canada. The property is located in one of the southernmost parts of Canada, on the northern shore of Lake Erie, directly across from Erie, Pennsylvania, and roughly halfway between Niagara Falls, Ontario and Windsor, Ontario. This area is part of Norfolk County, which is often referred to as “The South Coast” of Ontario. The Long Point Beach Club is operated by atPlay Adventures Inc.
How many suites are in the facility? There are 18 suites at the Long Point Beach Club; nine on the ground floor and nine on the second floor. The suites offer three floor plans, ranging in size from approximately 1,000 square feet to 1,250 square feet.
What is the minimum stay? Our minimum stay is three nights.
Do all the suites have a lake view? Yes! The Long Point Beach Club was designed so that all the suites have an unobstructed view of Lake Erie. Because of how the building is situated you will be able to enjoy many water, beach and sunset vistas.
Do all the suites have a balcony or patio? All of the suites at the Long Point Beach club have outdoor spaces. The nine ground floor suites have patios and the nine second-floor suites have balconies. For even more outdoor enjoyment on the property, there is a shared, member-only rooftop terrace.
Is there an exercise room? There is no exercise room, but there are many choices for outside activities.
Is there a pool? There is no swimming pool. There is swimming access to Lake Erie directly across the road. Lake Erie is the warmest of all the Great Lakes and has an inviting shallow, sandy bottom.

Is there a private beach? There is a beautiful sandy beach directly across the road from the Long Point Beach Club that is designated for the exclusive use of our members and their guests.
How do I see inside the Club? A tour inside the Beach Club is available by appointment. Call 519-865-3030 or email email@example.com.
Who owns the Club? The club is owned by a group of condominium owners. Each unit is sold to like minded families or corporations that comprise The Long Point Beach Club Motel Condominium Corporation.
When is the Beach Club closed? The Beach Club is closed for maintenance each year during the winter season.
What happens to the suites while the Beach Club is closed? During the winter months annual maintenance/upkeep will occur so all the suites at the Club are refreshed and ready for the spring.
Can I allow my friends or family to use suite when I'm not there? Of course you can. This is, after all, your vacation and we hope your family and friends will gather here with you. We will only need to ensure that your guests register and that suite occupancy limits are maintained. You may have friends or family visit when you are not there. This is entirely your choice, but management must be advised if the owner(s) will not be occupying the suite.
Are the suites air conditioned? Each suite offers individual master controls for air conditioning to ensure you find the perfect comfort level.
Are the suites heated? The master control that allows you to regulate the cooling in the suite also adjusts the heating.
Is the Beach Club wheelchair accessible? Yes, there are two beautifully designed barrier-free suites on the main floor which are accessible by wheelchair.
Is there a boat launch? Yes, there is a boat launch very close by, at the adjacent full service marina, Marina Shores Ltd.
Where can I go fishing? The entire Long Point area is a fisherman’s dream come true. There are all kinds of hot spots, whether you want to fish for largemouth bass, smallmouth bass, yellow pickerel (walleye) or lake trout, or if you just want to have some fun catching pan fish. Bring your boat, fish from shore or rent a canoe from local outfitters.
Is there be a place to have a campfire? Yes, there is a designated fire pit area at the back yard patio.
May I have a barbecue on my balcony? No, barbecues are not permitted because of the fire hazard risk. Instead, there are two designated BBQ patio areas.
How far away is Long Point Provincial Park? Long Point Provincial Park is just 3 kms down the main road from Long Point Beach Club.
Where do I buy groceries? A full-line grocery store is located in the town of Port Rowan, which is just 6 km from Long Point Beach Club, only an 8-minute drive or a pleasant bike ride. On the way, you may wish to stop at the many seasonal roadside fruit and vegetable stands to sample the local farm fresh produce.

Are pets allowed? Owners may have pets but unfortunately renters can not.
What if I have problem with something in the suite? If you encounter any issues with the appliances or the climate controls in the suite you should contact Guest Services, which will endeavour to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
What happens if I need something repaired? If you notice something that needs repair in the suite, please contact Guest Services, which will attend to a quick resolution.
I like to play music. Would that be a problem? To respect the tranquility, peace and enjoyment of all Long Point Beach Club guests and owners, no musical instrument or sound producing equipment or amplifier may be used if the sound carries beyond the suite – this applies to balconies as well. No unnecessary noise is permitted in the building between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am.
How soundproof are the suites? The suites have been designed to be very quiet. The rooms are enclosed by concrete dividing walls and floors. The windows are all triple glazed for excellent insulation and sound deadening value. You will find your suite provides you with a private, tranquil environment.
Is there a fire extinguisher in the condo? Yes, all condos at Long Point Beach Club are equipped with fire extinguishers that will be replaced regularly before their expiry dates.
Are the condos equipped with smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors? For your safety and peace of mind, all condos in the Long Point Beach Club have smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors, which are connected to a central command panel to notify the entire building.
How close is a doctor or hospital if there is an emergency? There is an ambulance depot just minutes away, and the Port Rowan Fire Department serves the area. Hospitals are nearby in Tillsonburg and Simcoe. There is a drug store in Port Rowan.
Would we be able to bring bicycles? Yes, bicycles are allowed but cannot be stored in the building or condos. Bicycles may be stored on your vehicle’s bike racks or locked on the outside rack that is supplied for our guests.
Do I need to bring bedding and towels for my vacation? No, you don’t have to worry about any bedding or bath towels as each suite is fully stocked. But if you are planning on going to the beach, you will have to bring your own beach towels.
If I want to book a week's stay, when does the week start and stop? The check-in day and time for each Vacation Week is Friday at 4:00 pm and the check-out day and time is the following Friday at 10:00 am.
How many parking spaces do I get? What if I have friends visit? Each condo is assigned one parking space; additional parking is just across the road.
Is there insurance on the suite and its contents? Yes, insurance coverage is included in the annual maintenance fee.
Is smoking allowed? Smoking is not permitted. The entire building and grounds are considered a smoke-free environment
